Dear
Partners! Restoring
Hope Ministries has launched "Operation HOPE for Haiti" in an effort to help in the
earthquake relief efforts. We have an awesome opportunity and
responsibility to show the love of God to these hurting people. "But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother
in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in
him?"
1 John 3:17 RHM
is collecting urgent medical supplies and will be shipping them to Love
A Child. Love A Child was named among CNN's top 20 Relief
Organizations and has been treating thousands of injured people. Their
supplies are almost gone. I'm looking for volunteers to place a
collection box in your work place, church, or business. Ask friends and
family members to join with you and fill a small box. My
employer, Paul Zackin of Zackin Publications in Oxford, CT has graciously
agreed to pay the shipping costs to get the boxes of what I collect to
Love A Child's warehouse in Florida. I will be collecting items over
the next 3 or 4 weeks. Please consider helping with this urgent need! These injured lives are
totally dependant on the mercy and aid of strangers. All I need is
partners like you to collect the items to be shipped. Please email
me at restoring_hope@sbcglobal.net to
let me know you are joining with us. Below
is a list of the things RHM is taking at this time. Some of you
may know someone in the medical field who can help supply these things.
Items below in red will be joined with a Bristol CT Ministry sending a
container.
